Euphorbia or Crown-of-Thorns Euphorbia

Euphorbia makes an excellent low-maintenance houseplant. It requires a great deal of sunlight, but only moderate watering. Its large, sharp, spines make it very distinctive, and its bright red flowers make it a lovely addition to any household.
