Sorrel, Woodsorrel or Sourflower Oxalis dilenii

As far as weeds go, Sorrel isn't too bad. It is easy to spot, easy to pull up, and generally easy to eradicate. it is also one of the prettiest garden weeds- it has slender stems, clover-shaped leaves, and delicate yellow flowers. Its spiky little seed pods are edible and have a pleasant sour taste.
